IPL 2027 retention deadline moved to November 17

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has extended the deadline for IPL franchises to submit their retained and released player lists ahead of the IPL 2027 mini-auction. Teams will now have until November 17, two days later than the originally scheduled November 15 deadline. The IPL 2027 mini-auction is scheduled to take place on December 16 in Goa, with all ten franchises preparing to strengthen their squads for the upcoming season.
